We prioritize the fast and safe delivery of all our parts through express shipments, ensuring that they are delivered as quickly as possible.
The order will be processed in a maximum of two working days after payment. Customized products or out of stock are excluded.
Delivery times can be affected at certain times of the year, so we have no control over any delays in deliveries.
Shipping price
Delivery is free in Portugal and Spain for purchases over €100, and free in Europe and North America for purchases over 250 EUR/USD.
For purchases of lower value and other destinations, you can check the shipping price at checkout.
Alternatively, you can collect the order free of charge at our facilities.
We are not responsible for any customs and import duties and taxes that may apply to international sales.
Returns
Can I exchange or return my order?
It is possible to make exchanges or returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Personalized products and gift cards are excluded.
We reserve the right to refuse the return in case of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
How to return?
To start the exchange or return process, you must contact us by sending an email to info@debarro.pt.
For deliveries in Portugal, you can benefit from a free return, by scheduling the collection of the order at the original delivery address.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
If the order is sent to Portugal, the original shipping costs are refundable on a gift card, valid for 1 year.
